According to Times Now, Renu Chopra said that the company that was paying her for the first two or three episodes was giving her six lakh rupees. And about 7-8 lakh rupees were spent on the first episode itself. She said, “Then Ravi went to his father (BR Chopra) and said I cannot make it, no matter how much I try, it will not be made in six lakhs.”
