Bryan Mbeumo is yet to make his Man United debut having signed from Brentford in a deal worth up to £71million.
Bryan Mbeumo is expected to make his Manchester United debut tonight against Everton.
Mbeumo signed for United in a deal worth up to £71million and the move was completed in time for him to travel to the US for the pre-season tour.
However, he was left out of the opening tour game against West Ham, with Ruben Amorim explaining that the Cameroon international was a week behind his new teammates in their preparation for the new season following Brentford’s later return for pre-season training.
He was also ruled out of United’s second tour game against Bournemouth in midweek, but Amorim has confirmed Mbeumo will play against Everton tonight.
It’s unlikely Mbeumo will be named in the starting XI as he continues to build up his match fitness, and so he may have to settle for a place on the bench.
Fellow new signing Matheus Cunha also missed the win over Bournemouth in midweek due to fatigue but he is expected to be back in the starting XI against the Toffees tonight.
