A Ukrainian delegation is set to meet with US negotiators in Riyadh on Tuesday to discuss a proposal for a limited Black Sea ceasefire with Russia. A team from Moscow who met with the US representatives in the Saudi capital a day earlier described the talks as “not easy, but very useful” and said dialogue would “continue”.
