BIP UK has joined the International Business and Diplomatic Exchange. The move reflects the ambitions for the company’s strategic growth and global footprint.
The International Business and Diplomatic Exchange (IBDE) is a not-for-profit membership organisation that provides leadership in promoting international trade and investment flows across sectors such as financial and professional services, energy, infrastructure, technology, innovation and ICT. It also champions economic, commercial, and trade diplomacy, bridging the gap between business and governments, a game changer for both business professionals and diplomats alike.
Having become a strategic member, BIP UK hopes to enjoy a new era of opportunity, accessing high-level engagements with senior decision-makers, diplomats, and business leaders from across the globe. In particular, as a consultancy which has presences in the automotive, utilities, financial services, public sector and telco sectors, BIP UK believes it will be well positioned to forge stronger international partnerships throughout the IBDE network.
“We are excited to be joining the International Business and Diplomatic Exchange,” commented Roei Haberman, CEO of BIP UK. “This collaboration will allow us to navigate emerging political and economic challenges more effectively and continue our trajectory of strategic expansion, from talent acquisition to mergers and acquisitions. Our recent £3.5 million investment in the UK market will be further supported by the insights and connections we gain from IBDE, helping us build on our mission to become one of the top ten consultancy firms in the UK.”
As part of the global BIP network, BIP UK has access to an international team of around 6,000 professionals, specialists in data, digital, and tech-enabled transformation, AI-driven operational excellence, innovation delivery, tech risk management, cyber security, advanced data analytics, and artificial intelligence. The company’s recent acquisitions of Verco and Riskcare, in addition to the launch of its Google Cloud Practice, reflect a “proactive approach” to growing that expertise and reach, according to a release from the firm. Building on this, joining IBDE reinforces BIP UK’s commitment to enhancing its impact in both the UK and international markets.
IBDE Chairman Sir Mark Boleat, and CEO Rudi Guraziu, added, “We are delighted to welcome BIP UK as an IBDE Strategic Member and look forward to working with Roei and his leadership team as we continue to support the growth of the professional services industry and navigate the rapidly evolving technology, geopolitical and macro-economic challenges. We believe that 2025 will be an important year for accelerating the growth of the UK and 1 global economy and our partnership with BIP UK, will further strengthen our voice and influence as we seek to deepen our membership of key stakeholders.”
