Officers executed warrants at addresses in Oldbury on Tuesday morning and arrested two men
Two men were arrested after shots were fired at a house in Smethwick.
A property on West End Avenue was peppered with bullets at around 4.30am on Wednesday, February 5, leaving a window, door and car damaged.
Two men, both 27, were arrested on suspicion of possession of a firearm this morning, Tuesday, February 11.

They both remained in custody awaiting questioning.
West Midlands Police said: “Two men have been arrested after shots were fired in Smethwick last week.
“At around 4.30am last Wednesday, shots were fired at an address on West End Avenue.

“Thankfully no-one was injured but damage was caused to a window, door and a vehicle.
“Following enquiries, officers executed warrants at addresses in Oldbury this morning and two men were arrested in connection with the incident.
“The men, both 27, have been arrested on suspicion of possession of a firearm and remain in custody for questioning.”
The statement added: “We remain committed to identifying and arresting offenders who use guns and knives on our streets as part of Operation Target.
