Rapper and music artists Honey Singh once made headlines owing to his tremendous weight loss transformation. He had come down 18 kilos from 95 kgs to 77 kgs. Embarking on these weight loss journeys is no cakewalk. It requires dedication, consistency and lot of physical-emotional investment. ‘Maniac’ singer managed to lose 18 kilos in about a month’s time under the guidance of a trainer who also catered to diet and exercise need.

Arun Kumar, Mr Asia 2022 and fitness coach, is the trainer of Honey Singh. In a recent interview with Aaj Tak he revealed about his diet for weight loss and a particular drink that helps in burning calories

Honey Singh’s Weight Loss Drink

One of the main elements of Honey Singh’s diet plan was a special green juice. His trainer revealed about his juice that helps in boosting metabolism, burn calories and support over all health.  It is supposed to be consumed on empty stomach in order to absorb nutrients.  The juice is made of:

  • Beetroot is high in antioxidants and helps blood circulation.
  • Amla – Rich in Vitamin C, which helps with digestion and fat reduction.
  • Cucumber – Helps the body stay hydrated and flushes away toxins.
  • Carrots help with better digestion while also providing important vitamins to the body.
  • Coriander leaves improve digestion and metabolism.

Honey Singh’s Diet Routine

Morning meal: The green juice, followed by blended vegetables or their pulp for fiber and nutrition.
Lunch: Boiled chicken with rice to maintain protein and carb balance.
Evening meal: Vegetable soup or boiled chicken to keep his metabolism active.
Dinner: Another round of green vegetables or soup for fiber and essential vitamins.

He avoided processed foods, sugar, and alcohol, ensuring that his body was only fueled by natural and wholesome foods.

In terms of exercise, Singh added strength training, cardio, high-rep training in order to promote better fat loss. enhance endurance, build muscles.
