The Perfume Shop has slashed the price of a popular Marc Jacobs fragrance by £62. The highly-rated Marc Jacobs Perfect Intense 50ml Eau De Parfum Spray is down from £102 to £40 and one shopper said of the scent: “I get plenty of comments on the lovely smell from both family and strangers when out and about.”
The perfume has top notes of daffodil and blooming jasmine, a heart note of roasted almonds, and a base note of sandalwood. One reviewer said they liked the scent and the bottle, writing: “Got to love this scent. Very fresh and sweet. An excellent scent for spring/summer. Also, can be a daily one. I love the design of the bottle, great for a vanity decoration.”
Other perfumes currently on sale include Jimmy Choo’s I Want Choo Eau De Parfum 40ml which has been cut from £53 to £40 at Look Fantastic. It has a 4.81 star rating out of five stars on the beauty retailer’s website and boasts floral and sparkling citrus notes. Over at Space NK, Tory Burch’s Divine Moon Eau De Parfum 50ml is also down from £80 to £40. One shopper said they were ‘obsessed’ with the floral honey scent.

One shopper did say they felt that the Marc Jacobs Perfect Intense fragrance didn’t last very long, writing: “Gorgeous bottle, but the perfume (although pretty) is light and very weak, it fades down to a skin scent within the hour.”
Another shopper agreed, saying: “The Marc Jacobs Perfect EDP has a warm floral scent to it. I tried this for a long night out and I wish the perfume lasted longer. I feel like I needed a refresh halfway though the night.”
