TH Global Capital promotes London-based Pablo Jorge to President

TH Global Capital, a global investment banking and M&A advisory firm, has promoted London-based Pablo Jorge to the role of President.

The promotion of Pablo Jorge reflects both his contributions to TH Global Capital’s growth and his expanding leadership across the business. Since joining the firm three years, he has helped shape the company’s global trajectory – initially overseeing operations in Europe, then leading Latin America and most recently serving as Managing Director.

In the latter role, Jorge played a pivotal role in strengthening Global Capital’s presence across key offerings including mergers & acquisitions (M&A), public floats (IPO), growth advisory, and asset management.

Now, as President, Jorge will assume global responsibility for the firm’s performance across all regions, with direct accountability for the revenue and profit across its international operations. TH Global Capital has operations across 13 countries in the Americas, Europe, and Asia-Pacific.

Commenting on the appointment, Vivek Subramanyam, Founder and CEO of TH Global Capital, said, “Pablo’s promotion reflects both the leadership he has consistently demonstrated and the opportunity that lies ahead as we continue to scale globally. He understands our clients, our people, and our purpose. His sharp strategic thinking, sector knowledge, and strong commercial instincts make him exceptionally well positioned to guide the next chapter of our growth.”

Formally known as Technology Holdings, TH Global Capital launched its new growth strategy at the start of this year. The company then also announced its transition to a purpose-driven company and unveiled its new brand and visual identity.

“I’m honoured to step into the role of President at such a pivotal time for TH Global Capital. My focus will be scaling our global platform, enhancing delivery across key sectors, and fostering a high performance, value-led culture,” said Jorge. “I look forward to the opportunities ahead.”

Prior to TH Global Capital, Jorge spent eight years in the Corporate Finance business of Gravita. He also worked in financial services and private equity.
