Police are hunting a thug who’s responsible for a “terrible” attack on an 84-year-old woman in Ajax.

Whitby OPP released a sketch of the suspect wanted for the assault which took place April 23, after a collision on the Salem Rd. ramp, leading to the eastbound lanes of Hwy. 401.
The assault, which happened between 10:35 a.m.-11 a.m., left the woman injured so severely, she was fighting for her life, said police.
Officers also released a photo of a beige sedan that the alleged attacker was driving. The suspect is described as 20-35 years old, with long black hair, and tattoos.
