Actress Sonkashi Sinha recently sold her apartment in Bandra West for a whopping Rs 22.50 crore, according to property registration documents reviewed by Square Yards. The transaction was reportedly registered in January 2025. Bollywood stars such as Suniel Shetty, Ranveer Singh, and Deepika Padukone, as well as cricketer KL Rahul own properties in this area.
Sonakshi Sinha’s now-sold property is located in 81 Aureate, a project by MJ Shah Group. It is spread across 4.48 acres and featuring 4 BHK apartments. As per the documents reviewed by Square Yards, the apartment has a carpet area of 391.2 sq. m. (~4,211 sq. ft.) and a built up area of 430.32 sqm. The property includes three car parking space. he transaction incurred a stamp duty payment of Rs. 1.35 crore and registration charges of Rs. 30,000.
Sonakshi Sinha had bought this property back in 2020 for Rs 14 crore. She made a profit of about 61% by selling it for Rs 22.50 crore. Reportedly, the actress owns another apartment in the same project.

According to GQ, Sonakshi Sinha and her husband Zaheer Iqbal have a combined net worth of Rs 100 crore. The couple together own about five ultra-expensive things including two sea-facing apartments in Mumbai. Both of them are in 81 Aureate, one of which she sold now, and the other one she bought in 2023 for Rs 11 crore.
They also own a Mercedes Benz S350 worth Rs 1.42 crore. The second car is Mercedes-Benz GLS 350d worth Rs 87.76 lakh. They also have a third car which is BMW 6 Series GT worth Rs 75.90 lakh, among other things.
