For anyone traveling on I-69 toward Fishers, drivers should expect delays over the next few hours, as officials handle a significant semi-truck fire in the southbound lane.
The Fishers Police Department announced shortly after 2:00 p.m. that traffic heading toward I-69 southbound and northbound, near Exit 210, will be diverted and advised drivers should avoid the area.

One person died in the crash in a southbound lane at about 1:40 p.m., according to the Indiana Department of Transportation, citing the Indiana State Police.
It’s unclear what caused the semi-truck to catch fire.
