A ‘whisky hotel’ in Scotland is currently available to book at a 40 per cent discount. It also has Easter availability for those keen to book a last-minute staycation this month.

The Maltings Hotel is located in Fife, approximately three miles from the city of Dunfermline. It features 15 bedrooms, a restaurant and bar, and offers a unique “whisky experience”.

At the moment, an overnight stay at the Maltings Hotel can be booked for £120 plus an admin fee through voucher website Wowcher. Usually, a one-night stay at the hotel costs £200—meaning the Wowcher deal allows you to save 30 per cent.

According to Wowcher, the hotel’s “elegantly appointed” rooms feature modern amenities such as Wi-Fi and hot drink facilities. Each one also includes an en-suite bathroom.

Elsewhere, guests can enjoy food and drink at the hotel’s bar. As well as a selection of beers, wines, and signature cocktails, it offers classic pub dishes such as burgers and steak pie.

Meanwhile, guests at the Maltings Hotel can enjoy specialised whisky flights—with more than 700 whiskies in its collection. A complimentary whisky flight is included in the Wowcher deal.

One review reads: “We have just been for the special offer lunch. It was our first visit but I am sure we will be back soon.

“The food was good quality and served really hot (which I like). The service was also very good.”

Another Google reviewer wrote: “My husband and I had the special offer meal deal last night. The service and food were amazing.
