World-renowned chef Anne-Sophie Pic and Dior continue their elegant culinary collaboration with the launch of two new Café Dior locations in December. These exquisite spaces bring Dior’s legendary sophistication to Tokyo and Chengdu, offering a savory menu inspired by French culinary heritage and Dior’s rich history.
Opening on December 13 in Tokyo’s House of Dior Ginza and December 22 in Chengdu’s upscale Taikoo Li shopping complex, the cafés boast refined menus crafted by Pic, the most Michelin-starred female chef in the world. Highlights include intricate appetizers adorned with Dior’s signature motifs, modern interpretations of classic French dishes like vol-au-vent, and desserts inspired by Dior’s iconic designs, such as the Granville rose and toile de Jouy patterns.
