Salman Khan‘s younger sister Arpita Khan, who is married to actor Aayush Sharma, has reportedly sold her house in Mumbai. The 2500 sq ft property is located at Mumbai’s Khar Road area in the Flying Carpet building. As per reports in Hindustan Times, the apartment has been sold for Rs 22 crore.
Arpita and Aayush bought this apartment in 2017 for Rs 18 crore. The apartment also has a 1600 sq ft terrace and comes with 9 car parking. The property has been sold to a company called Shivaya Cinewise Private Limited. The transaction was registered on October 18 and a stamp duty of Rs 1.32 crore was paid along with a registration fee of Rs 30000.

The property is very close to popular areas of Bandra like Carter Road, Pali Hill, etc. Many popular celebrities also reside in these localities. Arpita’s brother Salman Khan and the entire family reside in the Bandra neighborhood. Other celebs like Shah Rukh Khan, Ranbir Kapoor, Jackie Shroff also live in close vicinity.
While Arpita Khan Sharma is yet to respond to this news, reports also suggest that in 2022, Arpita bought another apartment in the same building worth Rs 10 crore.
On the work front, Arpita Khan’s husband Aayush Sharma will be next seen in the film Kwatha. Her brother Salman Khan, on the other hand, is currently seen hosting Bigg Boss 18. He also has Sikandar coming up in 2025. The superstar has been in the news of late for receiving death threats from the Bishnoi gang.
