A Russian drone attack on Kyiv overnight has killed at least three people and wounded 10, said Ukrainian officials on Sunday. The deadly attack on the Ukrainian capital came prior to ceasefire negotiations in Saudi Arabia during which Ukraine and Russia are expected to hold indirect US-mediated talks on Monday to discuss a truce agreement.
