Marc Fogel, an American school teacher who has been held in Russia for 3 1/2 years, was released and is due to come back to the U.S. Fogel had been sentenced to 14 years in prison by Russia. NBC News’ Aaron Gilchrist reports on the reaction of Fogel’s family and explains how the White House’s Middle East special envoy Steve Witkoff was involved.
