
Audit, tax and consulting firm RSM UK has appointed 11 new partners in its bid to drive organic growth and complement its wider corporate strategy. Chris Alderman, Dominic Finn, Nick Cattini, Philippa Carter, Glen Carter, Andrea Deegan, Mark Leyland, Graham Weston, Thomas Pugh and Sally Baker have been named in the promotions.

The promoted partners aim to bring unique skillsets to RSM, according to Donaldson, “complementing both their team and the firm as a whole”. The move comes as the professional services firm looks to support clients in an ever-changing business environment. Illustrating this, the appointments come in five different business lines.
In the firm’s tax practice has promoted corporate tax expert Chris Alderman and VAT compliance specialist Joost Willemsen have become partners. Meanwhile, In the national audit team, Dominic Finn and Nick Cattini have also both reached the rank.
In addition, Thomas Pugh, the firm’s UK economist has also been made partner, along with Sally Baker, head of dispute resolution. Meanwhile, in the national consulting service line, there were most promotions of all. The five new partners including accounting, insight and advisory expert, Philippa Carter; restructuring advisory specialist Glen Carter; fraud risk expert Andrea Deegan; and Mark Leyland and Graham Weston in the deal services team.
The latest swathe of promotions also underscores RSM UK’s commitment to growing and developing its future talent from within, according to a release from the firm.
