The This Morning star appeared to be feeling emotional as she marked one of her ‘babies’ milestones
Rochelle Humes was left feeling emotional as she marked one a milestone for one of their ‘babies’. While she wasn’t talking about one of her three children, the TV star was talking about one of her businesses.
Rochelle co-created My Little Coco, the brand of multi-purpose products suitable for all skin and hair types, before it launched in 2020. She also co-owns matcha brand, Cloudcha, opened her own talent agency, The RH Group, which looks after her and her husband Marvin’s career among others, and recently launched her own podcast, Ladies Who Launch.
It was on Monday (February 17), however, that the former The Saturdays singer was celebrating five years since the launch of My Little Coco.
Taking to Instagram, she reshared a celebratory post from the brand, which featured birthday cakes, presents and balloons, and wrote in view of her own millions of followers on her Instagram Story: “Happy Birthday baby… [crying emoji and face holding tears emoji].”
She then shared a reminder of how far things have come as she screenshotted a picture from her camera role which was dated July 28, 2017. It showed ‘My Little Coco’ written on a piece of paper before Rochelle explained.
She sadi: “Me: Mum, could you write like a child for me? I’m building a brand and no on is understanding what I want for a logo… Mum: Sure, like this?!”
Marvin also shared the post from My Little Coco to his own Instagram Story and in support of his wife, the JLS star wrote: “5 years! Wow! Congrats @rochellehumes and all the team!”
It comes after Rochelle recently celebrated the expansion of the brand. Earlier this month she headed to Dubai as My Little Coco launched for the first time in the Middle East.
As she touched back down in the UK to be reunited with her husband Marvin and their three children – Alaia-Mai, Valentina and Blake – Rochelle reflected on the whirlwind trip by packing a series of video highlights into an Instagram Reel.
She told her millions of followers: “Just landed home from a special week in Dubai feeling like the luckiest girl in the WORLD as I celebrate My Little Coco launching in the Middle East. Witnessing its steady growth and evolution over the past 5 years has been an incredible journey, and I am beyond grateful for all the love and support along the way that makes moments like this possible..
“The team and I have worked tirelessly over the past year to reach this incredible milestone and I couldn’t feel prouder and my heart couldn’t feel fuller. This one is particularly special as we get ready to celebrate 5 whole years of My Little Coco in just a couple of weeks time..SO much more to come.”
