Malaika starts her day early, but her first nourishment comes at 10 am with her signature ABC(G) juice. Made from apple, beetroot, carrot, and a hint of ginger, this drink is packed with vitamins and detoxifying properties, ensuring a nutritious kickstart to her day.
ABCG juice is a popular detoxification drink that has become the favourite of many fitness enthusiasts in recent times, Dr Santosh Pandey, acupuncturist and naturopath, Rejua Energy Center told indianexpress.com in a previous conversation about Malaika’s love for the juice. “The ABCG juice is packed with essential nutrients like zinc, potassium, manganese, and many vitamins like vitamin A, B6, C, and more,” Dr Pandey shared.
Around noon, the newly-minted restaurant owner opts for an “avo toast” that forgoes traditional bread. Instead, it features avocado and eggs as its primary components, delivering a wholesome punch of protein. At 2:30 pm, Malaika digs into her favourite comfort food—khichdi. This classic Indian dish, loaded with vegetables, is her go-to meal for its simplicity and nourishing properties. She shared her enthusiasm for the dish, emphasizing its suitability for the season.
For her 5 pm snack, the fitness icon reaches for nature’s candy—fresh fruits. Blueberries and cherries, packed with antioxidants, are her top picks for staying refreshed and energised.
