Putin arrests ‘Ukraine-recruited assassin’ over death of Russian general Igor Kirillov who was killed by scooter bomb

RUSSIA has arrested a man ‘allegedly recruited by Ukraine’ over the killing of Putin’s nuke general.

The elaborate plot saw General Igor Kirillov getting killed after a bomb planted in an electric scooter blew up.

Investigators said this morning they have arrested a Uzbek citizen.
