In exchanges with police after the incident, Mr White was accused of not knowing who his Designated Premises Supervisor was and of listing the venue’s capacity as up to 1,200 people despite it being only 1,000 people. He was accused of breaching 13 conditions of his licence, including failure to train staff in the lead up to carnival.
