Temperatures are expected to stick in the negative single digits over the next several days with flurries expected on and off until at least midweek.
Ottawa can expect a high and a low of -5 C on Saturday, with temperatures between -1 C and -6 C on Sunday. The wind is biting, though, with a windchill of -22 rising to -12 in the afternoon.
Temperatures will be similar Monday, with a high of -2 C and a low of -4 C, but take a big Tuesday night where the high of -7 C will drop to -16 C.
Flurries are expected to be consistent through until Wednesday, but with no significant accumulation expected, according to Environment Canada.
