A multi-car crash is causing heavy traffic to bank up on a major road in Western Sydney.
The cars collided just before 8.30am on Friday at the intersection of Marsden Rd and Stewart Ave in Ermington.
NSW Ambulance are on their way to the scene, a spokeswoman told 7NEWS.com.au.
Injuries are not yet known.

“Traffic is very heavy both ways on Marsden Rd as a result, especially southbound,” Live Traffic Sydney said.
Motorists are urged to expect delays and follow the directions of emergency services on site.
