In yet another testament to the remarkable business acumen of billionaire business tycoon Mukesh Ambani, Reliance Industries-owned JustDial Ltd recorded a massive jump of nearly 43% percent in net profits in the third-quarter of financial year 2024-25. In its Q3 results announced on Friday, the company reported a 42.7% year-on-year increase in its consolidated net profit, which grew to Rs 131 crore in the December-ended quarter of FY25 from Rs 92.01 crore during the same period last year.

As per JustDial’s Q3 results, the company recorded its “highest-ever quarterly revenue” of Rs 287.33 crore in this quarter, surpassing its previous best of Rs 265.05 crore in last year’s third-quarter, a growth of 8.4%. The EBITDA (earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortisation) margin of the JustDial surged to 30.1% in Q3 of FY25, compared to 22.8% during the same quarter last year, while its EBITDA for the December quarter stood at Rs 86.6 crore, a growth of 43.4%.

According to the company’s Q3 results, its total expenses during the quarter stood at Rs 215.57 crore, down 1.55% from last year, while its total income increased 7.3% to Rs. 364.74 crore.

However, despite the remarkable growth, JustDial shares tanked 3.83% on the National Stock Exchange (NSE), closing at Rs 1,034 on Friday. Its noteworthy to mention that the company’s Q3 results were declared after the market closed on Friday.
