Former New York City mayor Michael Bloomberg is officially a Democratic candidate for president. Bloomberg is the eleventh richest person in the world, with a net worth of more than $50 billion. The 77-year-old media mogul joins 17 other Democrats all hoping to take on President Trump. Steve Dorsey reports.
