
Global strategy and management consultancy McKinsey & Company has moved into its new office in Dublin, taking a 10-year term on the fifth floor at Two Grand Parade.
Located on Dublin’s Grand Canal and just steps away from Charlemont Luas Stop, Two Grand Parade is 106,000 square feet office building which recently achieved practical completion. Designed by award winning architects Henry J Lyons, Two Grand Parade is distributed across two blocks of eight and five stories respectively where a triple height atrium seamlessly links the original building with the new office building.
A landmark office in the heart of Dublin, the building meets high sustainability standards (Platinum LEED) and boasts an array of amenities including a dedicated bike entrance, executive drop off area, dual pedestrian entrances, ground floor café, terrace space, shower/locker facilities and a bike store.
Having announced its move in April this year, McKinsey & Company last week officially opened the doors to its new 5,000 square foot office, celebrating the move alongside some of the firm’s top leaders, including Global Managing Partner Bob Sternfels, and Regional UK, Ireland & Israel Managing Partner Michael Birshan.
During the ceremony, Dublin Managing Partner Peter Mannion described the move as a significant milestone in the firm’s 60-year presence in the Irish market. Founded in 1926 in the United States, McKinsey & Company is one of the world’s leading advisors to governments and business leaders. The award-winning consulting firm has offices in over 130 cities in 65+ countries.

McKinsey & Company was represented during the real estate transaction by CBRE, which serves as join agent acting on behalf of Union Investment (the other is Cushman Wakefield).
