Malaika Arora’s love life has always been on interest to her fans and at a recent event conducted by numerologist Arviend Sud, Malaika asked him about his prediction for her love life. Malaika was previously in a relationship with actor Arjun Kapoor and the two parted ways in 2024 after staying together for nearly six years. Malaika was a guest at the event where she asked questions about numerology, and was told that she should change the spelling of her name, and move her residence at the earliest.
At the event, Malaika asked Arviend, “How will my love life be in 2025?” To this, Arviend said, “If you ask me, your love life in 2025 will be 10 on 10.” Malaika was quite relieved to hear this and said, “Chalo, very good.” Malaika then added, “I am a very practical person so whenever I have gone to any of these things, like tarot, I have always gone with someone but me coming here today, I felt like this was a sign.” Arviend then reassured Malaika about her love life and said, “You just asked about your love life. This will be a great year for your love life.”

Malaika and Arjun parted ways in 2024 and at an event around Diwali, Arjun declared, “I am single” at an event. When Malaika was asked about the same, she told The Times Of India that Arjun’s declaration was his prerogative but she would not like to comment on her personal life.
Despite their break-up, Arjun rushed to be by Malaika’s side when her father Anil Mehta passed away. Arjun spoke about this at a podcast with Raj Shamani and said, “When what happened with dad and Khushi-Janhvi, there was an impulse. And in this case also, there was an instinct and impulse. If I’ve formed an emotional bond with somebody, I would always like to believe that I will be there regardless of the good and the bad. If I’m invited for the good, I will be there. And if I’m needed for the bad, I will be there. I’m not somebody who has a lot of friends, I’m not doing this for all and sundry. If that person doesn’t want me there, I’ll maintain a distance, as I have in the past.”
Malaika was previously married to actor Arbaaz Khan, from 1998-2017. They share a son, Arhaan Khan.
