James Reeves has joined LCP as the firm’s new chief financial officer. He arrives with a quarter-century of experience in the financial services sector.
LCP is a firm of financial, actuarial and business consultants, specialising in the areas of pensions, investment, insurance and business analytics. As the firm looks to expand its services and reach, its financial strategy and operations will be helmed by a new senior professional: James Reeves.
Commenting on his appointment, he said, “LCP is a firm with a strong social purpose – a leader in its traditional markets and expanding into new and dynamic areas. Innovation is at the heart of the firm’s collaborative culture, and I’m thrilled to be joining at such an exciting time in the firm’s growth journey. I’m looking forward to working with its great people to help shape the next chapter of LCP’s success.”
Reeves brings over 25 years of financial leadership experience across the insurance, consultancy, and technology sectors. Most recently, he served as CFO at BES Group, a leading provider of testing, inspection and certification services, during which he played a pivotal role in significantly increasing both turnover and profit through a combination of organic growth and strategic acquisitions.
Prior to that, Reeves held senior finance roles in insurance companies Liberty Specialty Markets and RSA Insurance, where he led large-scale finance transformations, M&A activity, and international expansion initiatives.
Aaron Punwani, CEO of LCP, stated, “James has a track record of accelerating strategic progress and delivering sustainable growth, which makes him an excellent fit for our leadership team. As we continue to expand, James’s insight and experience will be invaluable.”
