Now in production in Japan and set for release in 2026, Kaiju: Island of Fire has been revealed with two posters and teaser art that Bloody Disgusting is exclusively debuting tonight.
The team tells Bloody Disgusting, “A new in production teaser trailer will be revealed exclusively at the Godzilla and giant monster convention G-Fest in Chicago this weekend and very limited edition lobby card flyers featuring both the English and Japanese posters will be given away to lucky convention attendees!”

In Kaiju: Island of Fire, “A combined military task force travels to an ancient Japanese Island, searching for the missing members of a construction team, currently in the process of building a new military base. Once there, they find a foreboding, fiery landscape that hides a terrifying threat, capable of destroying them…and all who venture near.”
The film is written and directed by former Hollywood stuntman turned filmmaker Andrew L. Phillips (World War Z, The Dark Knight Rises, Captain America: The First Avenger).
James H. Christy and Avery Guerra serve as producers.
From NorthStar Pictures JP, the movie features a reunion of a trio of actors from fan-favorite Godzilla vs King Ghidorah with Robert Scott Field, Chuck Wilson, and Kent Gilbert.
The cast also includes Wes Wing, Tom Constantine (Snake Eyes), Tomoko Ai (Terror Of Mecha Godzilla), Masaaki Neguchi, Linda Miller (King Kong Escapes), Carl Craig (Gamera vs Viras), and Inge Murata (Shin Godzilla, Monster X Strikes Back).
