To pay tribute to an upcoming Cartier exhibition that will be held at South Kensington’s V&A gallery, The K Bar in London launched a special menu of jewel-inspired cocktails. The Hidden Gems menu shares a total of four cocktails, each referencing a different precious gemstone.
At The K Bar within the Kensington Hotel—which is in proximity to where the gallery exhibition will be held—guests will discover delightful serves like the Diamant, made with champagne and Beluga Gold Line Vodka, and served over a diamond-shaped ice cube, or the green-hued Émeraude cocktail inspired by emeralds, prepared by combining Gunpowder Irish Gin with aromatic pandan.
For non-alcoholic drinkers, the Amethyst is an option on The Hidden Gems menu in the form of a colorful apéritif made with butterfly pea flower tea.
