This will also be Usha Vance’s first visit to India, after becoming the Second Lady.

The visit will be shortly after Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard’s visit to India next week to attend a meeting of the intelligence chiefs in Delhi. She is the first high level official from the Trump administration to visit India.
