I’m a Celebrity live: Dean McCullough emerges as fan favourite after ‘hilarious’ Coleen Rooney joke

The 2024 cast of I’m a Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here! have not had an easy start, with tonight’s launch episode landing them right in the action.

Among this year’s stars are N-Dubz singer Tulisa Contostavlos, Coronation Street actor Alan Halsall and Strictly Come Dancing pro Oti Mabuse. Others joining them are Coleen Rooney, McFly singer Danny Jones, and boxer Barry McGuigan.

The episode saw half of the cast chug a disgusting milkshake of blended fish eyes before skydiving out of helicopters to meet their co-stars on the beach.

From there, it was a heated race to the finish line for a chance to win a cosy night’s sleep in the leaders’ lodge, exemption from any chores, and the privilege of running the camp exactly how they want.

Tulisa and and Halsall took home the prize following a heated race involving cockroaches and capsized canoes.

Meanwhile, Ruth Langsford was revealed as having a role in a spin off show for the new series, months after separating from Eamonn Holmes.

I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! starts this Sunday 17 November, on ITV1 and ITVX.
