Gujarat: CEPT, CREDAI to launch course for realty developers | Ahmedabad News

CEPT University Ahmedabad has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Confederation of Real Estate Developers’ Association of India (CREDAI) to launch a professional certificate programme for developers.

Open to all CREDAI members, it looks to address a critical gap in professional development for real estate developers and will provide the professionals with a comprehensive understanding of the modern real estate landscape.

The MoU was signed in the presence of Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel and Minister of State for Home, Harsh Sanghavi, at the 19th GIHED Property Show organised by CREDAI Ahmedabad.

The programme will be delivered in a hybrid format over 3-4 months and will include immersive on-campus modules at CEPT University. It will become the latest to be part of the CEPT Professional Programmes (CPP), an initiative that offers industry-ready training programmes for working professionals. According to the MoU, CEPT will curate and offer the programme while CREDAI will extend this programme to its expansive network of over 25,000 real estate professionals across India.

“This programme is not just about providing theoretical knowledge; it’s about enriching the foundation of the industry from the ground up,” said Dr Subhrangsu Goswami, Head, CPP in a statement.
