Govt Colleges to Hold Free MDCAT Preparation Classes

Government colleges across Punjab will begin offering free preparation classes for the MDCAT (Medical and Dental College Admission Test) starting June 2. The initiative aims to support aspiring medical students by providing quality coaching at no cost.

To participate in the program, students must register in advance, as preparatory sessions are scheduled to commence in the first week of June.

Each participating college will receive Rs. 500,000 in funding to facilitate MDCAT coaching. These funds will be used to provide necessary resources and hire qualified trainers.

Govt Colleges to Hold Free MDCAT Preparation Classes

Last year, approximately 10,000 students benefited from the program, with 90 colleges across Punjab taking part. This year, the initiative is expanding significantly, with around 150 government colleges expected to host MDCAT preparation sessions.

Each college will have five trained instructors to guide students through the syllabus and test strategies.

This government-backed effort reflects a growing commitment to making professional education more accessible to talented students, regardless of their financial background.
