Dhanashree Verma reshares ‘life imitating art’ post after release of new song on infidelity amid divorce from Yuzvendra Chahal | Bollywood News

On the day her divorce from Yuzvendra Chahal was finalized, Dhanashree Verma released “Dekha Ji Dekha Maine”, a song exploring toxic relationships, domestic violence, and infidelity. The timing of its release has led many fans to speculate whether it reflects her own relationship with Yuzvendra. On Friday, the choreographer fueled curiosity further by sharing an Instagram story with the text: “Life imitating art.”

On March 20, T-Series dropped its new single “Dekha Ji Dekha Maine”. The song, set against the backdrop of Jaipur, features Dhanashree and Pataal Lok fame Ishwak Singh. The song depicts scenes where the husband slaps his wife, as well as gets intimate with another woman.

Soon after the song’s release, many of Dhanashree Verma’s fans and friends flooded the comments section on YouTube and Instagram with praise for the choreographer. Among them was her advocate, Yesha Agarwal, who shared an Instagram Story, writing, “Life imitating art — the best yet. So proud of you, Dhanashree.” Dhanashree reshared the post, further fueling rumors about her relationship with Yuzvendra Chahal.

Sung by Jyoti Nooran, “Dekha Ji Dekha Maine” is penned and composed by Jaani. Dhanashree is yet to reveal the inspiration behind the song.

Yuzvendra Chahal and Dhanashree Verma tied the knot in December 2020. They reportedly separated in 2022.
