“Courtside Club” podcast host Rachel DeMita has signed with UTA, Variety has learned exclusively. Through its UTA Creators division, the Hollywood agency will rep the sports media creator in all areas.
A former Division I basketball player, DeMita’s began her entertainment and content creation career as host of “NBA 2KTV,” where she built a dedicated fanbase across gaming and basketball audiences.
Currently host of the “Courtside Club” podcast, DeMita’s focus is on elevating female athletes across the WNBA and women’s sports.
In addition to her podcasting duties, DeMita has served as on-air talent for the Big3 basketball league and CBS, contributed to Duke Football coverage, and appeared across ESPN, Bleacher Report, NBA social media accounts, and more platforms.
To date, DeMita has partnered with brands including Adidas, T-Mobile, Google, Delta Airlines, FIBA, Visit Abu Dhabi, Invisalign, Meta, NBA and the NFL.
UTA’s UTA Creators division opened in 2006, marking the first agency to have its own audio and digital talent segment, as well as the first to have a dedicated gaming and esports division.
