Conrad Troy has joined Elixirr’s partner team. He brings more than 30 years of experience in consulting to the role, including a track record of supporting global clients with their transformation programmes.

A seasoned digital transformation advisor and ERP leader, Troy is known for defining business priorities and establishing robust operational infrastructures that drive growth and efficiency. His career has involved many years with the Big Four, having commenced with Deloitte, where he led client engagements across multiple industries.
After a stint leading the European ERP business transformation practice at Infosys Consulting, Troy became the lead partner for fellow Big Four firm KPMG’s SAP transformation consulting practice in 2009. Returning to Deloitte in 2013, he then focused on advising and delivering global SAP-enabled business-transformation programmes. During this time, he served as senior partner within the digital transformation SAP practice.
Troy also brings deep expertise in defining ERP strategy and direction, advising on the integration of AI into delivery models and business operations, and developing transformation business cases.
