The 23-year-old winger supplied a positive sample in October, according to reports in Ukraine, and has been left out of Chelsea’s recent matchday squads
Mykhailo Mudryk has reportedly failed a drugs ban and could face a lengthy ban from football.
Media outlets UA Football and Tribuna, both based in the Chelsea winger’s native Ukraine, say the 23-year-old provided a positive result with an “A” sample in October.
Mudryk has not been in the Blues’ last four matchday squads and last started a game on 28 November.
Chelsea and the player’s representatives have been contacted for comment.
