The large unit just beside the Bull has been left empty since Arket left earlier this spring – but a refit is now underway
The Bullring has teased the floor plan of the new shop set to take over at the old Arket unit.
Arket took up a prominent spot near the Bull from 2018 until April when it closed for good.
The two-storey shop has lain empty since the H&M brand quit the shopping centre, leaving questions as to what might take over.

While no replacement has been formally announced, the Bullring is giving a hint on its social media pages.
“We’ve been sketching this one out for a while,” it posted, accompanied by a video showing cross-hatched beams being installed.
Some customers guessed that it could be a branch of Skechers, but the shoe brand already revealed its new, larger shop down on the ground floor beside Selfridges this year.
Others suggested it was a look at the already revealed new brands, though they’re set for other spaces.
The Bullring announced Uniqlo for the old Zara unit earlier this year and confirmed that a branch of Moss will be going in where Yours Clothing was.
Meanwhile, Space NK will be taking over the old AllSaints shop space, which the brand vacated earlier this year for a bigger one a few doors doors down.
Other guesses for the old Arket came in thick and fast.
CJ said: “Stradivarius for the love of god!” suggesting the clothes shop that sits under the Zara brand.
Others suggested the brand Sostrene Grene, a Danish homeware shop with branches in Coventry, Telford and Leamington Spa among others.
Women’s clothing brand Anthropologie was another popular guess, with Amy asking: “Anthropology or & other stories PLEASE.”
David Baker suggested: “Small retail units for the indies from The Oasis.”
The Bullring has yet to confirm the new store for definite.
Perhaps after a successful launch of the Aston Villa museum and shop, complete with a brand new claret and blue kit for the Bull statue, there’s a Birmingham City FC shop on the horizon?
