Police have been called to a Century City neighborhood in Los Angeles after a body was found in plain sight near a dog park Monday morning.
Officers were sent to the area of Century Park E and Galaxy Way after the discovery was made around 9:11 a.m.
It was not known if the deceased was a male or female but officers did locate the body upon arrival and requested a canopy, a Los Angeles Police Department spokesperson confirmed.
Sky5 was over the scene at 10:30 a.m. where the canopy could be seen in a grassy area near a high-rise apartment or condominium complex.
There was no immediate word on whether the person lived at the building or was homeless.
