The Aam Aadmi Party has drawn a blank.
The counting of votes began at 8 am amid tight security.
Here are the highlights on Haryana Election Results 2024:
“They (Congress) provoked the youth against the army. Their anti-India politics won’t work. Every family in Haryana voted with patriotic fervour. Some groups are trying to weaken the institutions in India and are conspiring against the country with foreign agents. Deshbhakt Haryana ensured such plots are not successful,” said PM Modi.
“In J&K, its alliance party was saying they would face defeat because of Congress. In Lok Sabha as well, they won most of the seats because of their alliance partners. In some states, many alliance partners suffered because of Congress. They swallow them and destroy them in states. Congress tries to ruin the reputation of every institution Indians are proud of it.”
“Before the Lok Sabha polls, Congress, their alliance partners and “Urban Naxal” friends went to the court several times to disrupt the functioning of these institutions. They question their neutrality, their independence. They have been doing that a lot,” added PM Modi.
“Wherever BJP forms a government, people choose them for a long time and re-elect them. Meanwhile, Congress has failed to retain its position. I can’t think of the last time they managed to secure a 2nd term in any state in India since 2013. In some states, they have been out of power for over 40 years. Once people decided to remove them, they never brought them back to power. They’ve put up a ‘No Entry’ board for Congress.
“People are watching how they (Congress) are spreading hate in the society. Especially, those who are living a five-star life and were born with a silver spoon, how would they understand the problem of the poor. Congress did not give food, house and safety to dalit and poor. Even after coming to power, they won’t let any dalit or adivasi to become a PM. They hate them. They can’t see them succeed. They refused to give equal participation to dalit, adivasi in Haryana. They want to take their reservation and give it to their vote bank. They were trying to do that in Haryana. They want to weaken India by spreading hate among communities like misleading farmers, but they (farmers) showed them the way and didn’t support them.,” added PM Modi.

Haryana Election Results 2024: “People Of Haryana Have Scripted History”: PM Modi
“I congratulate all those who won in Haryana, including the people of J&K…The victory in Haryana is a result of hard work of BJP workers, JP Nadda’s efforts, and Nayab Saini’s responsibility. The people of Haryana have scripted history. Haryana was formed in 1966 and in these years, many stalwarts led the state, they were popular in the country. 13 elections took place in Haryana till now and in 10 polls, people have changed the government. After 5 years and in the last three elections, it has not happened. It’s the first time that a government has managed to get 2 terms and win a third one. The people of Haryana not only made us win but gave us more seats and more vote share. They wholeheartedly voted for us,” PM Modi on big Haryana win.
“Today is the 6th day of Navratri. We worship Goddess Katyayani. She holds a Kamal (Lotus) in her hand, blessing us. Lotus has blossomed for the third time in Haryana. Truth, and development have triumphed on the land of Gita,” said PM Modi on BJP’s historic win in Haryana.

The election results in Haryana are unexpected and shocking and the Congress cannot accept them, the party said on Tuesday, hours after early leads in its favour turned into a comprehensive victory for the BJP.
Earlier in the day, the Congress had written a letter to the Election Commission, complaining of an “unexplained slowdown” in updating results for the Haryana election.

Shiv Sena MP Shrikant Shinde on Tuesday criticised Lok Sabha LoP Rahul Gandhi and the Congress, accusing them of “fostering division through caste-based politics.”
Speaking at a press conference in Jalna, Maharashtra, the MP stated, “Rahul Gandhi attempted to polarise votes through caste-based hatred wherever he went. However, the people of Haryana have responded decisively, rejecting this politics of division in favour of progress. The public recognises the positive impact of a double-engine government, both at the state and national levels, and I am confident this will be reflected in the upcoming Maharashtra elections.”
He described the Haryana assembly election trends as a “clear rebuke” of Congress policies, adding that the party has been constructing “false narratives” to mislead voters.

The Congress will register a complaint with the Election Commission alleging a delay in uploading latest trends in the Haryana Assembly Elections.
“Like the Lok Sabha elections, in Haryana, we are again witnessing a slowing down of uploading up-to-date trends on the ECI website. Is the BJP trying to build pressure on the administration by sharing outdated and misleading trends,” said Congress leader Jairam Ramesh.
