Luio introduces a look at its new Ovo lamp, which boasts a sculptural design language and moves gracefully like a seesaw. Visually, it evokes a meditative experience when it is interacted with. The design philosophy has a single-pivot system which feels very secure and solid, rotating at 360 degrees around the central point to direct light anywhere without the mechanical complexities that come with adjustable lighting.
What truly allows it to stand out is its inviting aura — it means to feel approachable and playful. There is a smooth rotation blended with touch controls which it helps with the lighting adjustments. The technical components include its eight hours of cordless at half the brightness and a 3.5-hour charge.
