Singer Charli XCX and drummer and producer George have seen massive artistic success over the last few years, with both of them headlining Glastonbury in June – Charli as a solo artist and George as part of The 1975.

Charli’s album Brat, released in 2024, has earned her numerous accolades. The songs on the hit album earned her eight Grammy Award nominations at the 67th annual ceremony, including Album of the Year, and three wins – Best Dance Pop Recording for “Von Dutch”, Best Dance/Electronic Album, and Best Recording Package.

Charli regularly shouts out George in her performances, and the couple collaborated together on Brat.

Speaking about working with George, Charli told Rolling Stones: “We want to impress each other, and we think we’re both really good, but I’m actually such a b**** in the studio with George.

“Because we’re obviously so close, you lose everything in terms of the normal studio boundaries.”
