
The Berkeley Partnership has promoted Nicola Fage and Mike Abbott to partner. Both are based in the firm’s London office.
Founded in 1990, The Berkeley Partnership is an award-winning management consulting firm that works across the full transformation lifecycle – from strategy development through to delivering large-scale change programmes. The company has offices in London and New York.
The two new UK-based partners bring more than 30 years of combined experience to the partnership, of which over 20 years at The Berkeley Partnership. Fage joined the firm in 2017 from Cognizant, while Abbott joined four years earlier from Accenture.
Fage has experience in strategy, operating model design and delivering complex business and technology transformation. She has worked alongside national and international clients in multiple sectors, including media and entertainment, retail, consumer goods, financial regulation and energy.

Abbott partners with clients on strategy and operating model design, large programme delivery and technology-enabled transformation for both front and back office functions. He is also experienced in mergers and acquisitions and regulatory risk and compliance. Some of his most recent clients include a UK financial regulator, a multinational fashion retailer and a global mining company.
