Emergn launches updated enterprise learning platform

Professional services firm Emergn has launched a new enterprise learning platform. Its latest updates to its Praxis training tools are specifically designed to develop and embed product management capabilities in enterprises globally.

The constant demand to ‘transform’ businesses according to the latest technological hype bubble is taking its toll on workers. A majority of 68% of UK employees report feeling burnout from too many transformations, and 60% have considered leaving their jobs because of the exhaustion and frustration felt after multiple unsuccessful change campaigns – according to a recent survey from Emergn.

Emergn is a global digital business services firm on a mission to improve the way people and companies work. The company works with businesses around the world – including Fortune 500, FTSE 100, and Global 2000 companies – to help them make the shift from project to product-centered organisations in how they shape, build, and deliver their products and services, including capability development of their teams.

Looking at its research, Emergn believes that at the heart of the issues around employees feeling burnt out are disconnected leadership, poor communication, and insufficient learning programmes. Without effectively adopting a product-centric mindset and skillset across an organisation’s workforce, transformations will continue to fail.

To that end, Emergn has launched the next iteration of Praxis, its learning platform specifically designed to develop and embed product management capabilities. Praxis’ training and tools are built to help organisations elevate product quality, scale training initiatives, deploy innovative products, and create a culture of product excellence.

“Praxis is an extension of what Emergn has been doing since our inception in 2009,” said Alex Adamopoulos, chair and CEO of Emergn. “It’s built on our renowned VFQ philosophy, which has helped major global brands, including Walmart, GSK, BP, Maersk, and hundreds more, become product development leaders. Praxis expands and complements our ability to provide product guidance and support to our current and future customers – whether individuals, small businesses, or global enterprises.”

Since launching in September 2024, Praxis has evolved into a suite of learning and support tools for product managers, product teams, and product-centric companies. The updates add to its platform for developing organisational product capabilities – with services including a new ‘Ultimate Product Manager Pathway’ to help coach leaders to build and validate the assumptions behind their product strategy. The ‘Learning Journey’ addition will meanwhile enable learners to customize their module or course-based approaches to relevant content. And ‘Productivity Tools’ will give access to an ‘AI Consultant’, which helps users quickly solve job challenges in real time.

“Current product management training is based too much on theory, leaving product managers unable to effectively execute their role – which ultimately prevents organisations from capturing market share, growing revenue, and achieving their goals,” said Adamopoulos. “Praxis goes beyond theory, enabling people and companies to perform using the same work-based learning approach Emergn has used to help the world’s biggest brands develop lasting capabilities, execute successful product strategies, and drive continuous innovation.”
