The Channel 4 Tempting Fortune host has continued to live with Christine since they seperated in 2022
Paddy McGuinness has revealed the ‘peaks and troughs’ of family life as he spoke about still living with his ex Christine McGuinness.
Paddy, the host of Channel 4 show Tempting Fortune, continued to live together at their Cheshire home since their split in 2022.
The couple have spoken about making the unusual decision to stay in the same home for the sake of their children, twins Leo and Penelope, aged 11 and Felicity, eight, who like their mum all have autism.
But it was reported recently that sources close to Christine claim she is now “desperate to sell up” and move on – days after Paddy claimed it was ‘not tricky’ living with his ex.

They told The Mirror she was “utterly miserable” living with Paddy and had told him she wanted to sell up.
He told the Daily Mail’s Weekend magazine when asked about the situation living with Christine: “It doesn’t feel tricky.
“I think it would if you lived in a toxic household – God forbid.
“If I’m at home with the kids it’s great. If I’m working and Christine is at home with the kids, that’s great.
“If we are there together, that’s fine. As long as my children are happy, that’s all that matters to me.”
Paddy and Christine met when she was just 19 – he is 14 years older than her.
Paddy and Christine married in 2011, and announced their separation in 2022.
They finalized their divorce in December 2023.
In her documentary Unmasking My Autism, Christine spoke about her fears of being a single mother and how their decision to split was partly due to her autism diagnosis.
She said: “Starting life on my own is scary, I struggle making decisions.
“I was only 19 when I met Patrick and for the last 15 years my role has been wife and mum.
“When I was diagnosed, I set out on a journey to find out who I was.
“I have separated from my husband in the process, I’m shedding my old identity and finding out who I am.”
