Rimkus appoints Angel Dominguez as Director and Delay Expert

Rimkus, a worldwide provider of engineering, technical, and construction consulting services, has appointed Angel Dominguez as a Director and Delay Expert in its London office.

Angel Dominguez is a chartered civil engineer with more than 16 years of experience in the engineering and construction industry. He has worked for large contractors as a site engineer, project manager, and senior planning engineer, gaining practical experience in the civil engineering, infrastructure, building, and renewable energy (solar and wind farms) sectors.

A testifying delay expert witness, Dominguez has been appointed in litigation, international arbitration, and adjudication proceedings in the field of delay and disruption, giving evidence in both English and Spanish.

Dominguez re-joins Rimkus having previously served the firm for two years in its London office, following a two-year tenue at FTI Consulting, where he was a director.

Angel Dominguez holds master’s degrees in civil and structural engineering; design, construction, and maintenance of railway infrastructure; and construction law and dispute resolution and has earned several awards for his work.

In addition to his academic and professional achievements, Dominguez is a published author in the leading ICLR journal and regularly contributes articles to the industry addressing topics related to planning and programming, delay and disruption, and NEC contractual issues.
