CUET 2025 exam dates: The National Testing Agency has started the application process for the Common University Cum Entrance Examination 2025. This year, the CUET UG examination will be held between May 8 and June 1, 2025. The official website is cuet.nta.nic.in.
The CUET (UG) – 2025 will be conducted in 13 Indian languages i.e. English, Hindi, Assamese, Bengali, Gujarati, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Odia, Punjabi, Tamil, Telugu, and Urdu.

Last year, CUET UG 2024 was held in hybrid mode (CBT and pen and paper) mode on May 15, 16, 17, 18, 21, 22, and 24 in 379 cities including 26 cities outside India for around 13.48 lakh candidates, about 1.58 lakh candidates appeared for seven test papers on May 29 and nearly 1,000 students took the CUET UG retest on July 19.
In 2024, examinations be it NEET or CUET were full of chaos after NTA was called in for a legal battle. The Agency also conducted a retest for nearly 1,000 students on July 19. In between the controversy, a video also went viral where some empty boxes of students’ answer sheets were kept outside the hall at NTA, however, such allegations have been denied by NTA.
Meanwhile, the Agency released the Common University Entrance Test Postgraduate (CUET PG) application forms. Candidates willing to take admission to PG programmes in all central universities and other participating universities can register at exams.nta.ac.in/CUET-PG/. While the application window opened on January 2, the last date to apply for CUET PG 2025 is February 1.
