Roger Walker has joined Crowe UK as the firm’s first chief operating officer. She will work to spearhead operational efficiency and transformation at the audit, tax, advisory and consulting firm.

Citing the firm’s “ambitious vision” – as Crowe UK looks to “drive innovation, enhance operational excellence, and deliver outstanding outcomes for both our clients and our people” – Walker added that he was excited to join Crowe at “such a pivotal moment in its growth and transformation journey.”
Part of a global network with over 200 independent firms in more than 145 countries, Crowe UK is an accountancy firm offering audit, tax, and advisory services. Walker arrives as the company’s first chief operating officer (COO), a role in which he will take on responsibility for building value and enhancing operational efficiency, leading Crowe UK’s operations board.
He has rich experience of doing this at a number of other firms. He has also held strategic transformation roles such as COO for the recent National Lottery bid, and at UBS Investment Bank – while having also been a transformation programme director at NatWest Group.
Walker also brings first-hand experience of Crowe UK’s culture to the position. He previously worked at Crowe from 2016 to 2017, as a global risk consultant.
