In a city already world-renowned for its culinary scene, five more Chicago restaurants have been added to the 2025 Michelin Guide, highlighting a wide range of cuisines found inside the eateries.
Among the restaurants are two in the city’s Bucktown neighborhood, including Mirra, which has been lauded for its décor and unique Mexican-Indian fusion dishes.
Also joining the list from Bucktown is Tama, another restaurant offering unique fusion fare, blending Mediterranean, Asian and South American cuisines inside the house-shaped restaurant.
Over in one of the city’s most celebrated neighborhoods for foodies, Taqueria Chingón in the West Loop offers fare inspired by Mexico City street food, serving up tacos in an expanded location that originated in a smaller spot in Bucktown.
In Lincoln Park on Chicago’s North Side, Nadu as highlighted by the Michelin Guide for its contemporary, elevated take on Indian cuisine, with plenty of options to satisfy vegans, vegetarians and carnivores alike.
The final new inclusion to this year’s Michelin Guide is Oliver’s, found in Chicago’s South Loop.
Hailed for its décor inspired by 1930’s Los Angeles, the trip back to Hollywood’s Golden Age comes with impressive cuisine and cocktails in a unique dining experience.
